Dental Director Position Available in Madison, WI

Since 1982, this health center has been addressing the financial, cultural and language barriers that prevent access to health care. They provide affordable and comprehensive primary medical and dental care at two Madison locations.

Dental Director position available at full service dental practice. Dentists perform extractions, root canals, crowns, dentures, bridges, fillings, cleanings and exams. No braces or cosmetic procedures. Practice is about 50-50 adults-children. 2 Hygientists are also on staff.

The Dental Director will serve as a member of the leadership team and will work with the Chief Medical Officer to strategically develop and implement a long range plan. The Dental Director will plan, develop, and implement dental services that accomplish the goals of the strategic and annual plans.

The Dental Director supervises the dental providers and will demonstrate leadership. The Dental Director will ensure that all clinical operations are fully integrated and performed at the highest quality and are consistent with regulatory expectations and standards. The Dental Director is highly visible within the organization and assists with the recruitment of new dental providers.

Candidates must have a current Wisconsin license or be eligible for a WI license. Preference given to a candidate with a minimum of 3 years experience and previous community health clinic experience.

Days/Hours:
Monday-Friday 40 hours week
rotate early evenings on Tuesday and Thursdays
