My name is Shahram Fazilat and I will be graduating from my pediatric dentistry residency program at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, OR in June 2008. Seeking an associateship position and looking forward to settling down in the San Francisco Bay Area. Trained and very proficient in sedation dentistry including full mouth dental rehabilitation operating room cases under general anesthesia. The program I attend is a mixture of a University/Hospital based type residency with a strong emphasis on clinical dentistry and research. In the process of applying for a California dental license at this time. Working currently in two dental practices (one being strictly pediatric) along with my residency schedule. I have also completed an AEGD Residency Program as well prior to my specialty training. Excellent time management skills, great communicator and work well in a team environment.
