Dental practice, established in 1968, is looking for an ambitious dentist who does not want to live or raise a family in the congestion and traffic of urban living. The practice can accommodate one full time and one part time dentist right now open only 4 days a week with a leisurely 1 ½ hour lunch break. It clearly could grow to two full time dentists with little effort.

Beeville is the County Seat for Bee County and houses offices for our representative to the United States Congress and the Texas House of Representatives along with all the other county offices and enterprises. It is the home of Coastal Bend College where the Department of Dental Hygiene enjoys the full support of the community in its teaching clinic. Dr. Huckman serves that clinic as supervising dentist. Under his leadership the hygiene department partners with Texas A & M using their H.E.R.O. mobile dental van to provide services to the school aged children of Bee County - a unique clinical experience for the hygiene students.

Coastal Bend College has a long standing partnership with A. C. Jones High School providing dual credit courses that allow highly motivated students to enter college with most of an Associate’s Degree completed. CBC the hub of fine arts entertainment in the area, a source of trained aircraft maintenance personnel, a growing department of allied heath services and an athletic program under development. Graduates of A. C. Jones are highly recruited by major universities and received nearly a million dollars in scholarships last year.

Beeville is located at the intersection of Hwy 59 and Hwy 181 which makes it close to everywhere in South Texas - the Gulf Coast, Corpus, San Antonio, historic Goliad, Victoria and the gateway to the lower Rio Grande Valley. If camping, birding, fishing and kayaking is something you enjoy, then Beeville is your place. Choke Canyon, Lake Mathis, the Welder Wildlife Refuge, Rockport and the Texas Wildlife Preserve where hooping cranes spend the winter are all an hour away. Dove hunting is a fall favorite and day hunts are available on some local ranches. An hour or so west will put you in the heart of Big Deer County.

Business is booming in Bee County. Sikorsky Aviation Inc., WasteQuip, Sutherlands, Wal-Mart, Ranch Hand Auto/ Truck Accesories, May Fab and training facilities for TDCJ as well as correction institutions have chosen to locate here. Several exciting opportunities are being developed to reside at Chase Field. All of these businesses, along with three school districts in the county contribute to our large patient population.
