Looking for a productive practice offering high income potential? This Fee for Service practice is currently interviewing experienced dentists for a position as Lead Dentist. This is a high traffic practice catering to upper middle-class patients who expect quick, one-stop, high quality care. The practice is heavily invested in training and technology to ensure that the patients always receive the best care possible. As a Lead Dentist, you would be charged with maintaining high clinical standards while seeing a high volume of patients.

* Compensation based on commission with a minimum guarantee

The successful candidate will have:

# minimum of 2 years of private practice experience
# Experience with Molar RCT, Extractions, Large C & B cases
# Production in excess of $60K monthly
# Flexibility to work some Saturdays
