General job description

Georgia Dental Laboratory is a cutting-edge, well established, dental industry leader looking for a customer service specialist with strong and professional customer service skills. The ideal candidate must have two or more years of recent experience in a client driven company with strong data entry proficiency, as well as, possess the ability to process orders, maintain records, accurately bill and file invoices, answer a multi-line phone with a heavy call volume, and perform general office duties.

Dental and production experience is a major asset but not required.

Qualifications

Candidate must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite and proficient in general computer navigation. Selected candidates will also be expected to type 35+ wpm, possess excellent communication (written and verbal) and listening skills, as well as, demonstrate the propensity for on the spot problem solving.
