Description:
We are currently seeking a Dentist for one of our opportunities in the Bonita Springs/Ft Myers area.

Hours- 8am-5pm, lunch from 1pm-2pm. Monday-Friday
Must have Florida license
Doctor sees on average 14 patients/day

Key Points to Consider:
Clinical Autonomy for our dentists
10-14 is the average number of patients treated daily.
Operations managed while the dentist focuses on dentistry
Tailor practice to the doctor including supplies and scheduling
Strong patient base and number of new patients per month average 60-80.
Practices emulate a private practice setting
1-2 doctors in each practice.
Compensation Plan: (average compensation is above the national average- $206,000 annually for full-time dentists)
Daily guarantee or $600 for the first 90 days or 34% on your production, whichever is greater.
After 90 days: 34% on all daily production
Dentist is responsible for 50% of the lab fees DDS Labs preferred vendor is used

1 year agreement Standard Terms:
Eligible for standard benefits health, life, short/long-term disability, 401k
Malpractice reimbursement up to $1500 per year
Academy of General Dentistry membership up to $450 per year
Free Continuing Ed. Courses paid for that the company offers
18 month agreement Standard Terms:
Eligible for standard benefits health, life, short/long-term disability, 401k
Malpractice reimbursement up to $1500 for the first year, $750 for the last six months
Academy of General Dentistry membership up to $450 for the first year
Paid Time Off (PTO) 5 days per year at daily amount. 3 days the last six months
Sign on bonus of $1500
Free Continuing Ed. Courses paid for that the company offers

2 year agreement Standard Terms:
