Description:
Familia Dental is a first class private group practice in the suburbs of Chicago and now expanding in central Illinois. Our clinics are unique with a modern design, brand new and quality equipments including digital x-ray and paperless systems. We manage all administration, marketing, quality, financial and operations tasks for all of our clinics. Therefore, our doctors can focus on dentistry instead of the needs of a small business. We offer our dentists the freedom and flexibility to practice with colleagues who share their professional interests and the ability to focus on patients’ care.



Compensation:

Base Pay: $120,000 - $200,000 (minimum guaranty of $460 - $800/day),

Higher end of guaranteed base pay or 30% of production for an annual salary in excess of $350,000
