The practice has a good referral base with a diversity of implants, dentoalveolar, OSA, TMJ, orthognathic, orthodontic anchorage, pathology, pediactrics, and trauma. The practice has been present for about 35 years, and has recently been acquired by a solo practitioner. The position is for an employee who will have the option for becoming a partner in a short period of time. The salary will be above the competitive rate including an attractive benefits package. Delaware has a state-wide general dentistry board exam that must be taken prior to licensure. The employer will pay fees for the exam and help locate patients. The practice is located in the heart of historic Dover, Delaware. The population of Dover and the surrounding communities are rapidly expanding.
