Description:
Children's Dental Office in Poway is looking for a experienced Dental Receptionist. This a very demanding role within the dental office. You will be the one that meets and greet patients, answering busy phones, answer questions from patients on paperwork, insurance, etc. You are the last person the patients see and you will be responsible for take proper care in scheduling the patients for their next appointment and handle any billing concerns.

We are looking for candidates that are:
- Friendly and can communication with patients
- Maintain important patient and office records
- Ability to handle a multi-line inbound phone call system
- Assist fellow coworkers when called upon
- Use a computer efficiently and effectively
- Ability to perform administrative duties
- Have strong bookkeeping and record procedures
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH DENTRIX SOFTWARE!!!
