Morgan Hill Dental Care is a dental group practice located just south of San Jose CA.​ The business has been operating for 3 years with owners who have decades of experience owning and running high quality dental care facilities.​ We have assembled a team of dentists including specialists in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, orthodontics and endodontics.​



We are looking for an experienced and seasoned professional to manage this growing practice.​ The job requires a total commitment to operating the practice, a proven ability to be an effective leader of a team of dental professionals and the skill set required to continue to make our business thrive.​



A successful candidate will be experienced in managing a private and growing business, dental knowledge is very useful but more importantly is an understanding of how to develop new business within the confines of a competitive environment for new patients, changing managed care systems, PPOs and a multitude of new dental plans.​



Minimally the candidate will have a degree in business, management or finance or have comparable analytical training.​ An M.​B.​A.​ will be a good asset.​ Five years of management experience is required along with excellent writing and oral communication skills.​



The ability to motivate and encourage the staff through training, example and thoughtful change is essential to developing our support team which includes many with years of experience in dentistry.​



The manager will be responsible for the daily operation of the practice, including scheduling, budgeting, hiring, marketing and practice development.​



In addition to having excellent computer skills and a good knowledge of networked computer systems, experience in database use and development, accounting knowledge and the ability to rapidly learn our systems will be essential.​



A technical understanding of the medical equipment in use, is necessary to understanding basic maintenance and when to implement improvements to our facility.​
