Qualified candidates must possess skills in Molar Endo, Oral Surgery, and Crown & Bridge; 5+ years in practice required, 7+ desired. Previous experience as sole dentist or practice ownership highly preferred. Other requirements: graduate of an ADA accredited Dental School; Licensed to practice dentistry in the State of Arizona. 5+ years in practice required, 7+ desired.
