The Dental Flight provides comprehensive general dental service for active duty members of Little Rock Air Force Base. Dental services offered include: preventive dental health procedures, routine fillings, oral surgery, prosthetics (crowns, bridges and removable appliances), periodontics (gum maintenance and surgery) and root canals.

The Dentist on duty examines, diagnoses, and treats diseases, abnormalities, injuries, and dysfunctional disorders of the oral cavity and its associated structures.

Qualifications:

A doctor of dental surgery or a doctor of dental medicine degree from an American Dental Association accredited college or university is mandatory.

The provider shall maintain an active, valid unrestricted, current dental license in a US jurisdiction. License must correspond to DEA registration number.

Possess a valid DEA number in order to write prescriptions.

Have a minimum of ONE YEAR of experience following graduation. (12 months exp. in the last 18 months)
