Your responsibilities include:

• Quality -- ensure Office Clinical performance meets/exceeds patient standards determined by the ADA, or other governing body, as well as Allcare Dental’s operating model
• Dentistry -- providing quality dentistry, including, but not limited to: the diagnosis & treatment of oral disease, the examination & interpretation of diagnostic x-rays, the preparation of comprehensive treatment plans, root canals, extractions, fixed prosthetics, removable prosthetics, periodontal maintenance and the education of patients on oral health
• Communication -- practicing open & honest communication with all Office Clinical staff, Office Management & Regional Management regarding office operations; responding to Clinical/Operational concerns timely & effectively, ensuring a cohesive office team
• Support -- Cover office for Managing Clinical Director during vacation time or for sick days and be able to float between offices as needed and whenever necessary
• Fiscal responsibility -- support the achievement of office targets & budgetary goals, providing ideas for continuous improvement
• After hours contact--on an as needed basis, from time to time, provide a cell phone number that you can be reached during non-business hours only for patients that have been seen in the office recently and are having an emergency due to work that was done.
