Announcing a tremendous opportunity for an orthodontist or a dual-trained ortho-pedo in our suburban group practice outside Memphis, Tennessee. Currently, we have two younger pediatric dentists doing primarily operative dentistry on our patients, and our senior partner, also a pediatric dentist, working exclusively in orthodontics. I am the senior partner, and I hope to be retiring soon; we seek someone to take my place, assuming virtually all the new case starts immediately. It is our desire to become a multi-specialty practice with the addition of an orthodontist - a capable, caring, conscientious doctor of the highest integrity to join as an associate, leading to full partnership.

Here’s what we have to offer:
· A high-quality, highly ethical practice housed in a large, modern office with skilled auxiliaries including an in-house ortho lab technician.
· A family-oriented, small-town atmosphere in Bartlett, TN (named in the top 100 places to live by Money Magazine), yet close to amenities of the large city.
· Opportunity for partnership in our practice includes sharing in the profit center of an active hygiene department.
· Working with contemporary junior partners, and a senior dentist who will stay on to introduce and consult, but who is very interested in bringing on a new doctor with up-to-the-minute, advanced treatment ideas, and in affording treatment autonomy to the new doctor.
· An immediate start with new cases offers the potential for very lucrative first year earnings, and even higher earnings as a partner.
· A continuous stream of potential ortho patients coming from our own hygiene department, which appoints 66 children a day. Seeking referrals from outside would be a further opportunity if desired.
