I am looking for an outgoing cooperative person who will be excited to join my small group practice on a full time basis. For the right candidate, I'll provide a 50% partnership buy-in, after we get to know each other through a short associateship. This is a wonderful practice. It enjoys an outstanding reputation developed over more than 30 years, stable staff and a mostly fee for service patient base. The doctors are scheduled to provide the time needed for excellence in patient care and we seek to provide a comfortable environment for both the patients and their parents. Most of the patients are treated by all of the pediatric dentists which guarantee the new associate will be busy immediately. I will start you out with a full schedule from the beginning.
