Grace Hill Neighborhood Health Centers, Inc. is currently accepting applications for the following position:



POSITION TITLE: Dentist



STATUS/HOURS: Regular/Full-time (Evenings and weekends as needed)



SALARY RANGE: $ 85,000.00 - $ 105,000.00 Annually



POSITION SUMMARY: Perform the duties required to diagnose, and treatment of the patients, concerning dental health, with consideration to the entire health of each individual.



EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited School of Dentistry.



EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Requires three (3) years experience. Preference given to experience in an urban community health setting.



LICENSE(S)/CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED:



1. Licensed as a Dentist in the State of Missouri; Federal and State drug license eligible.

2. Eligible to receive Missouri and Illinois Medicaid Vendor Status.

3. CPR Certification Required.
